Questions, answered.
What people ask before, during, and after a Velox engagement. If your question is not here, the discovery call is the place to ask.
What does Velox do?
Velox gives small businesses an operating system they own: an ERP plus a fleet of AI agents, running on your own servers, that handle the manual work your team does day-to-day. Our team stays on retainer to train your people and find the next bottleneck worth automating. You learn one new thing at a time, in phases.
Does Velox build new software or integrate existing tools?
We stand up a new system, fitted to your operation — not a patchwork of integrations. You own it outright: it runs on your servers and your accounts. We deliver it in phases, then stay on retainer to keep it alive and growing with your team.
Will Velox replace my staff?
No — that is not what this is. The system takes the busywork: the data entry, the chasing, the reporting. Your people keep the judgment calls, the relationships, and the work that actually needs them. The system is built so you can grow without the next admin hire — nobody gets replaced.
How long does a Velox engagement take?
From discovery call to first tool live takes under 3 weeks. We ship in phases: the basics first (emails, scheduling, reporting, data entry), then custom tools for the specific bottlenecks we found in your operation, then we weave everything into one system. Your team learns one new thing at a time.
What does Velox cost?
There is no fixed package price. The build is quoted phase by phase, so you only commit to the next step, and hosting scales with what you are running. Every engagement starts with a discovery call where we map your workflow and build you a single clear quote for your operation.
Who is Velox built for?
Small businesses with 5 to 50 employees, in operations that are not technology-led. We have shipped for property management, landscaping, manufacturing and distribution, and winery and import operations in 2026.
What is the Velox Admin Suite?
The Admin Suite is the package name for the operating system Velox stands up for you. Every engagement is one Admin Suite, customized to your operation and owned by you. Standard components include AI agents for emails, scheduling, reporting, and data entry; we add custom capabilities for the specific bottlenecks we find in your field.
Is Velox based in Toronto?
Yes. Velox Systems is headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area and serves clients across Canada. Canadian data residency is default.
Who founded Velox?
Forest Li, a Rotman Commerce student at the University of Toronto. Velox grew out of operational efficiency research into what it is now: owned, agent-run operating systems serving GTA small businesses.
What industries has Velox worked in?
In 2026 Velox has shipped Admin Suites for property management, landscaping, manufacturing and distribution, and winery and import operations. Velox is industry-agnostic by design: we walk into any small business operation, learn how the work runs, and stand up a system fitted to that.
Do small businesses need AI experts on staff to use Velox?
No. We stand up the system, train your team on it, and stay on retainer to keep it running and growing. Your people use it inside the workflows they already know. You do not need an internal AI expert.
