1. Scope

These terms govern your use of veloxsystems.ca and any pre-engagement interaction with Velox Systems. Once you enter a paid engagement with Velox, additional terms apply via your individual engagement contract; those engagement-specific terms take precedence over anything on this page where there is a conflict.

2. Site content

Content on veloxsystems.ca is provided for informational purposes. We work hard to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Pricing, timelines, and feature descriptions are indicative; the canonical scope for any engagement is your individual contract.

3. Discovery calls and inquiries

Discovery calls are free, no-obligation, and do not constitute a contract. Sharing operational details during a discovery call does not create any commitment on either side. We will scope the engagement, send a proposal, and only proceed once you sign.

4. Intellectual property

The Velox name, Velox Admin Suite mark, site design, and all original content are property of Velox Systems. You may not reproduce, copy, or build a derivative of the site or its design without written permission.

For Velox engagements, IP terms (ownership of custom-built software, training data, derivative tooling) are specified in your engagement contract.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Velox Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of veloxsystems.ca or any pre-engagement interaction. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by your engagement contract.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
